How often will my subscription be re-billed?
You will be billed once per month on the last day of the month.
How often will I receive a box?
Bubbles & Books is a monthly subscription Box service. You will receive 1 box per month.
When are boxes shipped?
Boxes are shipped between the 18th and 21st of the month.
What's in the box?
One curated romance novel + One themed artisan soap to nourish and soften your skin + One themed bath bomb to add essential oils, scents, bubbles, and color to your bathwater + Two to three bath or book-related goodies to enhance your relaxation experience = Romance & Relaxation, delivered monthly :).
I want a different romance genre. Is this possible?
We're always looking to expand our product offerings, so if there's a subgenre of romance you'd really love to see,
let us know and we'll definitely consider it when creating our next box!
How much is shipping?
We cover part of the shipping cost (because nobody likes a surprise large shipping fee at checkout!), but unfortunately we can't pay all of it. Shipping to U.S. is only $3. Shipping to Canada is $5.99. Shipping to the UK and Australia/NZ is $17.99. Shipping to all other countries is $21.99.
Do you only ship to the U.S.?
No! Romance & Relaxation should be experience all over the world! We ship internationally as well (see the above question for rates).
I'm a romance author. Will you include my book in your box?
We're always happy to hear from authors, and we will certainly consider your book! Contact us at soak@bubblesandbooks.com for more info!
How do I cancel my subscription?
We're sad to see you go, but if you'd like to cancel, simply login to your account, click on the "Edit" button for
the subscription you would like to cancel, then click "Cancel." Simple :).
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Of course! In fact, subscription boxes are the gift that keeps on giving, so great choice! Simply go to the "Gift" page found in the menu above, head to checkout, and enter the recipient's name at checkout (except for the billing info--that's where your name and info go).
You can also add a personalized gift message we'll include in the box!
When will I get my box?
Boxes are shipped between the 18th and 21st of the month. It generally takes 5-10 days after the boxes ship out for US subscribers to start receiving them. If you live outside of the United States, please be patient as it will take a little longer. For example, Canadian subscribers typically receive their boxes 15-20 days after they are shipped.
Is there a book club or community for subscribers?
Yes :). We have a very active private Facebook group for everyone who loves romance novels and relaxing in the tub! Go to: https://www.facebook.com/groups/bubblesandbooks/ to join.
Can I change my subscription to a different genre?
Of course! Send an email to soak@bubblesandbooks.com and we can update your subscription to a different genre.
